Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying of spontaneous development mechanisms of seronegativation in patients with early forms of syphilis during treatment by antibacterial drugs. In the scientific work the dependence between intensity of a clinical pattern of Lukashevich-Yarish-Gersgeymer's exacerbation reaction and changes of parameters of cellular immunity, nonspecific resistance, hemostasis and functional correlation between immunity, hemostasis and fibrinolysis is analyzed. The ability of dipyridamole is proved positively to influence at the system of hemostasis in patients with early forms of syphilis with the expressed of Lukashevich-Yarish-Gersgeymer's exacerbation reaction. The scientific basing of expediency of pharmacological correction of immunity and hemostasis with the help of a drug of thymus-thymogen and desaggregant dipyridamole in patients with the expressed exacerbation reaction. The expediency of pharmacological induction of exacerbation reaction in patients without spontaneous exacerbation reaction is proved during the standard antibacterial treatment with simultaneous use of thymogen and dipyridamole during 10 days. The developed program of differentiated immunomodulating therapy with using dipyridamole, is proved by earlier development of seronegativation (in 1,5-2 times) in comparison with standard scheme of treatment. The offered program is easily accessible to wide realization in practical public health and allows to provide prognosticated and fast developing seronegativation.
