Moskalenko V. Economic efficienci of production in the flex-producing subcomplex of Agro-Industrial Complex, Chernihiv region

Object : economical efficiency of goods production in flax branch of industry and its treatment on farms of Chernihiv region. Purpose: studying of economical efficiency of flax subdivision, including production and treatment of flax products, suggestions ground as to increasing of efficiency in conditions of market transformations and improvement of inner branch relations in subcomplex on regional level. Methods: abstract-logical, monographical, calculating-constructive, graphical, statistical-economical methods of comparative analysis, economical-mathematical modelling and some other methods of economical research. Results: some new suggestions as to working out of efficiency of flax subcomplex of Agricultural Industrial Complex of Chernihiv region. New: the exact term of economical efficiency of flax industry and its indexes were pointed out: some factors were found which influence on functioning of flax subcomplex in market conditions; it was for the first time that a complex research of state and economical efficiency of flax production and treatment on regional level was made, and also some other factors on which efficiency depends; ground of the model of flax farms with pointing out branch structure and other economical parameters; it was given economical evaluation to technologies of planting long flax using only home machines and combined use of foreign and home machines and equipment; the further development of grounding of economical evaluation of different methods of short flax putting was made; some tendencies of level change of nominal value of different methods of flax harvesting and raw materials and fiber, also prices of its realization; tendencies of change of flax quality and its influence on economical efficiency of flax industry were studied out; some suggestions as to further integration of flax production and treatment were worked out.
