Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation the state nuclear and radiation safety of "Shelter" object for their rise. A designed and put into operation automation control system of fuel-containing materials state are presented in the thesis. The system "Signal" are controlling neutron flux density, exposure rate and temperatures. At work the methods of probability theory, elements of measuring theory is used. The ionization fission chamber applied for detection neutron flux density. On the basis of analysis of requirements to the emergency signalling methods of threshold magnitude calculation of controlled parameters was devised for the first time. A scientific and methodical approach to the determination of main inaccuracy in information and measuring channels measurement was worked out. Putting into operation of control system of fuel containing materials state "Signal" is very important for ecological safity of "Shelter" object. Thesis results can be widely applied in working out of differend computer-aided control systems used in atomic industry and in acience.
