Tonya A. Comparative analysis of effectiveness of the diagnostics of endometrial anf myometrial hyperplastic disorders

The thesis is devoted to the studying of comparative diagnostic value of non-invasive and invasive in detection and differential diagnostics of uterus hyperplastic processes and for improving the treatment results. We established that on the first line of investigation for diagnostics of intramural and subserous uterus myoma, adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplasia could be used cost-effective noninvasive vaginal ultrasonography (sensitivity -85,5%, 82,8 % and 95,7 % , specificity - 75,6 %, 71,4 % and 74,1%), uterus myoma and endometrial polyps - hydrosonography; uterus myoma and adenomyosis -vaginal ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (sensitivity - 97,1 % and 95%, specificity - 80,8 % and 78, 6 %). On the second line of investigation we have used more precision intrascopic and endoscopic diagnostics methods (hysteroresectoscopy, laparoscopy, magnetic resonance imaging). Using our method of diagnostics of adenomyosis increase diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging from 78 %to 91,3%.
