Tarnovs'ka G. Correction of the Girls-Teenagers' Who Dwell in an Industrial Region of the City of Odessa Hormonal Function

The examination of the girls-teenagers who was born and are dwelling in a sanitary-and-protective area of the oil-refining and cement enterprises has been done. Early and late menarche was observed in (64,4 ±5,1) % of the girls under study, timely - in (28,6±6,4) % while in the control group it was observed in (69,0±7,1) % and (32,2±5,0) % correspondingly. The leading gynecologic pathology in the both groups was vulvovaginitis and in the main group it was met more frequently (51,1±5,3) % and (31,0±7,1) %. During pregnancy period mothers of the girls from the main group suffered from the hestose of the first and second pregnancy periods and threat of the early pregnancy intemiption was revealed. Some girls had a disfuncdon of liver functional samples without any clinical reveal. In the majority of the girls under examination there was decrease of functional activity of pituitary-ovarian system and adrenal glands in both phases of the menstrual cycle, while the level ofFSH was increased in the majorityof the girls in both phases of the cycle. After complex correction with the use of enterosorbent carbolong the improvement of pituitary-ovarian system function in a part of the girls and normalization of the adrenal glands function took place.
