Salangji A. Mechanisms of formation of a stress at the doctors - anaesthesiologists accordingly from the experience of work on a speciality

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of activity of systems аdaptation, orientation and properties of the person of the doctors - anaesthesiologists depending on the experience of work in a speciality; to development of selection criteria. Fixed dependence of mechanisms of formation of a stress due to experience of work. Parallel study stress fastnesses of the anaesthesiologists and surgeons with the experience of work 20 and more years have revealed essential divergences on biochemical and psyhosociologic levels of daptation, thus, degree of an attrition аdaptive of reactions and expressiveness of personal deformations at the anaesthesiologists more appreciable. The psychophysiological portrait of a speciality "surgery" is constructed. The criteria of professional selection in a speciality "anaesthesiology" are developed.
