Kolomiets O. Civil law regulation of activities of the natural person-enterpriser.

The thesis is dedicated to the research of problems of legal regulation of activities of the natural persons - enterprisers. The special attention is paid to the following problems: definition of concept of enterprise activities and legal status of the natural persons - enterprisers; systematization of the legislating their activities; civil law problems of state registration and cancellation; to definition of features of peculiarities of realization by them the property right to enterprize as a unified property complex inheritance and disposal during realization of the right of common property of the marital partners. The author of the thesis has determined the notions and essential features of the enterprise agreements, their classification, fulfilment and termination of the agreements with the participation of the enterprisers, their responsibility under the obligations. On the basis of analysis of the scientific literature, statutory acts and judicial practice the author leas formulated the concrete proposals concerning the perfection of legal activities of the natural person - enterpriser.
