Essay

The efficacy of dalargin involvement into women with literal derivatives acute inflammation (UDAI) complex treatment is investigated in dissertation. It was shown that UDAI was followed by endogenous intoxication indexes increasing. UDAI accompanied by lipid peroxidation intensification as well as antioxidant fermentative and nonfermentative chains activity decreasing also. Besides, the significant immune and hematological changes were developed in women with UDAI which are in favour of immune deficit formation during the named disease. It should be added also the liver involvement into the pathological process in case of UDAI. Dalargin intravenous administration should be used for women with UDAI treatment efficacy increasing. Dalargin administration lead to the complex AA treatment efficacy increasing through the stress component of the disease elimination.
