Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study of the therapeutic complex efficiency with using low frequency ultrasound, low frequency impulse magnetic field and their combination for treatment of patients with arthrosis.Clinical, instrumental and laboratory index dynamics has been estimated for determination of the locomotor joint function, local haemodynamics, the vegetative nerve system condition, metabolism of connective tissue and lipides.It has been found that magnetotherapy increases a routine therapy efficiency in patients with arthrosis complicated by synovitis. The including of low frequency ultrasound to therapeutic complex increases a routine therapy efficiency in patients with arthrosis without synovitis. It has been proved that application of therapeutic complex with magnetotherapy and low frequency ultrasound is more effective for treatment of patients with arthrosis including patients with synovitis. It is confirmed by the clinical, goniometer investigation, rheovasography, electropuncture diagnostics, biochemistry tests.
