Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the basis applying of soft manual methods in combination with bio-resonance vibrotherapy by the data of clinical-instrumental investigations in 154 patients with chronic dorsalgia. On the base of the synthesis of modern notions of the character of electric anizotropic processes in representative points of the skin and clinical-functional significance of the cranio-sacral area the method of neuromesaured diagnosis of the organism pathological states is proposed. This method allows to estimate the state of intersegmental interrelations for increasing efficiency of physiotherapy and methods of manual medicine.There are determined specific mechanisms and elaborated optimal diagnostic criteria for their administration for the patients witch spondylogenic, myophascial and somatoform chronical dorsalgia.It was shown that applying of vibroresonance stimulation in combination with the soft manual methods promotes to the achievement of the more stable clinical effect with the positive dynamics of psychoneurotic dorsalgia. The results of investigations enlagre the diapason of the effects vibro- and manual therapy and considerably increase the effectiveness of the restoration treatment of the patients with chronic dorsalgia.
