Essay

An object is investment process under the economic relations reform in agriculture. The goal is to develop the directions of investment activities improvement. Economic-statistical, monographic, questionnaire and other methods were used. The category of an investment project is defined more precisely; the investment management on restructured farms is analysed; the methodological approaches for defining the investment directions and the land price express-evaluation; outside investors entering the agriculture are investigated as well as questions of credits guaranteeing. Results have been applied.
