Kovalenko V. The early diagnostic and treatment of an acute alveolocapillaris insufficiency

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problems of intensive care. It is recommended the new way of early diagnostic and new method of treatment of an acute alveolocapillaris insufficiency (AACI) for prophylaxis of an acute lung injury syndrome (ALIS) and an acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) development. It is leaded the investigation of the oxygen usage (VO2) in patients being under the artificial lung ventilation according to the different forms of an acute respiratory insufficiency. It is determined that the reduce of VO2 on sufficient work of respiratory muscles effectively raises the findings of the blood oxygenation. It is recommended the new method of an "energy keeping prosthetics of respiration" in patients with AACI being under the artificial lung ventilation. Suggested way of the early diagnostic of AACI and the new method of an "energy keeping prosthetics of respiration" in patients with AACI being under the artificial lung ventilation allows to reduce the development of ALIS and ARDS up to 14,7%, the mortality has been reduced up to 7,2% because of an acute respiratory insufficiency. The field of application is the health protection.
