Gorokhova N. Inhibitors of proteinases, antioxydants and surfactant in correction of lung injury in tourniqet shock

Тhe thesis is devoted to the study of the role of proteolysis system, free radical oxidation of lipids and surfactant in mechanisms of lung injury syndrom in tourniqet shock. Тhe carrying out of experimental investigations has shown that in modeling the tourniqet shock the activization of proteolysis system and free radical oxidation of lipids of blood serum take place on the baeckground of the inhibition of antiproteinase and antioxydants organism potential. The increase of protein level and the activity of proteolitic enzymes take place in the bronchoalveolar lavage and decrease of surface activity of the lung extracts. The obtained results have shown effisiency of combined use of proteinase inhibitor Contrical, antioxydant Ceruloplasmin and a preparation of natural surfactant "Sucrim" for correction of lung injury in tourniqet shock.
