Rogach O. Codification acts in the legislation system of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to complex research and study the legal nature of codification acts in the legislation system of Ukraine. In this thesis the author gives a detailed analysis to general theoretic problems of idea, features, properties, function and essence of the codification acts, their place in the hierarchic system of Ukrainian legislation. A number of classification features are listed in the thesis according to which classification of codification acts is taking place. A special attention is paid to the problem of codification technique research. The rules of execution, structure, language, style and juridical terminology of codification acts are marked out. The practical recommendations for increasing role of codification acts in the modern legislation system of Ukraine are given.
