Adel A. Pharmacognostical study of leaves some Jordanian (Palestinian) grade grape cultural

For the first time phytochemical study leaves of grape cultural grades Dabugi,Shami,Beruti,structure of 20 individual substances have been isolated from leaves of grape cultural grade Dabugi and obtained the following: 4 benzoic acid derivatives, 3 coumarins, 11 flavonoids, 1 phospholipid and 1 steroid. For the first time designed technology of that receives total polyphenolic complex from leaves of grape cultural grade Dabugi (the conditional name "Flavitin"), which possesses anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory, analgetical, antioxydantical by activity. Quantitative determination flavonoids, benzoic acids derivatives, ascorbic acid, tannic substances, amino acid, macro- and microelements in leaves of grape cultural grade Dabugi and carotinoids, chlorophylls, fatty acids in lypophylic extract for the first time . Anatomical structure of leaves and petiole of grape cultural grade Dabugi have been studied the main diagnostic features have been identified for the first time.
