Essay

The object of research is cache-memory in compositional microprogram control unit (CMCU). The aim of research is increase of speed of CMCU by using of cache-memory. In the process of research the formal tools of theory of probability, theory of graphs and theory of computing systems have been applied. As the result, new structures and methods of definition of effeciency of CMCU with cache-memory of microinstructions have been obtained, also the area of their effective using have been determined. The area of application includes plants which develop circuits of control units using CPLDs.
