Gorobeyko M. 3. Improvement of diagnosis, surgical treatment and post-operative follow-up of patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer.

In the dissertation it was estimated a diagnostic effectiveness of MoAb-47 TPO and DAP IV in cytology examination of thyroid tumours. Combination both of them signiffically improves diagnostic effectiveness, and first of them improves diagnostic sensitiveness and second of them - diagnostic spiciness. Using of non-specific marker "oncoprobe" rationally in cases of multinodular goitre or relapse of thyroid tumour. Providing of extracapsular thyroidectomy gives a possibility more effectively diagnose regional metastases and provide first effective course of radioiodine therapy then after near-total thyroidectomy of resection of thyroid. It was created and tested a new scheme of postoperative TSH-suppressive therapy with physiologic dosage of thyroxin and TRIAC, thus it was determinate same level of TSH as a traditional, but without artificial hyperthyroidism.
