Perepadya O. Criminal legal aspects of reconciliation between the person who committed a crime and the crime victim (comparative analyses of legislation of Ukraine and German)

Criminal legal regulation of relations which appear in connection with reconciliation between a person that committed a crime and a victim. Resolving of criminal legal issues of the institute of reconciliation, elaboration of specific proposals as to the prospects of its development. The employed methods of research were systemic-analytical and comparative-legal ones. There was a comprehensive research of the institute of reconciliation taking into account corresponding experience in the Germany and court practice abroad. There was elaborated a new notion "reconciliation" in the criminal law, defined conditions of legal reconciliation and mechanisms of implementation of norms of reconciliation. It can be applied in the legal sphere and court practice.
