In the research process the model of foreign students' trainingat higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine to study in studying professional wordshas been substantiated theoretically and proved experimentally. The model positive influence on results of the educational activities is reached under conditions of using the pedagogical technology of table modeling of the professional speech grammatical structures withthe help of professional words. The author's tables are suggested as the technology.
