Omel'chenko A. The management of flows process on Ukrainian coalmines

Object of research: flow processes management system at Ukrainian coal industry enterprises. Purpose of research: conception and practical mechanisms of application of logistic material flows management system at Ukrainian coal industry en-terprises development Methods of research: eco-nomic analysis, economic and mathematical model-ling. Results: methodology of modern material flows forming mechanisms' synthesis at micro-level was grounded. The methodology accounts for eco-nomic-organising and production and technology peculiarities of Ukrainian coal enterprises function-ing; conceptual approaches to restructuring supply and sales system of Ukrainian coal industry enter-prises were developed; author's definition of "logis-tics" notion was grounded; economic-organisational and functional approaches to estimate effectiveness and quality of commercial activity on multicriterion basis at coal enterprises were developed; principles and mechanisms of analytical estimation of coal mines' sales activity weregrounded; principles of classified division of mines' production and sales systems' logistic activity indexes were proposed; model of creating logistic material flows manage-ment system at coal industry enterprises based on fundamentals of increasing advantages over competi-tors at the expense of maximising customers' and own profits' service and minimising total costs. Novelty: proposed conception of diagnostics of in-dustrial enterprises as supply-production-sales sys-tems; developed mechanisms of effectiveness and quality estimation of commercial activity implemen-tation at mines; method of classified division of mines' production and sales systems' logistic activity indexes; method of logistic material flows manage-ment system modelling at Ukrainian coal industry enterprises based on strategies of minimising total costs, maximising profits and customers' service level and other.
