The thesis is devoted to the important role of blood pressure monitoring and physical and psycho-emotional load tests in the optimization of diagnostics of neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive type and hypertension disease in conscripts and servicemen. It is determined that there exist the following major types of course of hypertension disease and neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive type: unfavourable in terms of prognosis - high variability of blood pressure, abnormal daily blood pressure profile (over-dippers, night-peakers, non-dippers); favourable in terms of prognosis - normal variability of blood pressure during 24 hours, normal daily blood pressure profile. Algorithm of diagnostic search in case of hypertension disease and neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive type is proposed. Protocols of examination of conscripts and servicemen with neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertensive type and I and II stage hypertension disease have been elaborated taking into account comprehensive evaluation of instrumental investigations data: 24 hours' blood pressure monitoring, dosaged physical and psycho-emotional loads.
