The thesis gives a scientific explantation of early differential diagnostics and treatment of various kinds of central nervous system's defeat caused by infectious diseases, at children in critical conditions. Firstly normal values of interphase tensiometry parameters of children's blood and urine were determined. Mathematical model of early forecasting of temporary or persistent defeat of central nervous system's was suggested. It included ?-globulin of blood, serum albumens and globulins with calculation of albumen-globulin ratio, percentage of lymphocyte in a spinal liquid, parameters of interphase tensiometry of blood and a spinal liquid. Mathematical model of early forecasting of virus or bacterial meningoencephalitis was suggested. It included middle mass molecules of blood and curve’s inclination angle of spinal liquid tensiogram. The early differentiation of a kind of central nervous system’s defeat has allowed to rationalize etiotripic therapy. Key words: children, infection, central nervous system's defeat, critical condition, treatment.
