The subject - agricultural lands as an object of sale and purchase; the purpose of the research is substantiation of the main directions of creation an economic pattern of agricultural land market in Ukraine; the methods - abstract - logical, monographic, historical, economic and statistical analysis; the novelty - development of the principle mo del of operation and regulation of the agricultural land market; the outcomes of the research - methodical recommendations concerning the turn-over of agricultural lands and methods of organization and carrying out sale and purchase operations with agricultural lands on a competitive basis; the measure of implementation - results are used in preparation of legislative documents; the branch improvement of the land laws and relations.
