Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of bases the advanced wire-drawing technology including mechanical descaling from rod surface in the device, that having the rational geometrical characteristic, with the subsequent continuous drawing lubrication carefilm, lubricant substance and deformation of metal. Research methods there are standard methods of determination of mechanical properties and power conditions of metal deformation. Experimental and theoretical researches of power conditions of dross removal are executed in roller scale-breaker before drawing. Be developed and explored method of activating particles of dry technological lubrication. A technology of wire-drawing a thick wire after the mechanical descaling is developed. Be inculcated at the plant. Use sphere there is a production of wire.
