Scientific work is devoted to studying of features of anomalies of patrimonial activity at multipara women and development on the basis of the received data of a technique of their preventive maintenance. Comparative aspects of clinical current of pregnancy and sorts, and also anomalies of patrimonial activity are investigated depending on parity. For the first time the estimation of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system and fetoplacental a complex at multipara women is carried out. The technique of preventive maintenance of anomalies of patrimonial activity at multipara women is scientifically proved and developed on the basis of use antigomotoxical therapies. Introduction of the developed technique has allowed to lower essentially frequency and a degree of expressiveness of anomalies of patrimonial activity and to improve direct results deliveries multipara women.
