Essay

Analysis about conditions of minors' rights defense by criminal law is based on domestic and foreign studies, the normative acts, monographs and other literature. Criminal law in force in Ukraine is compared with legislation of the past and with modern legislation of other countries. Author moved the proposals for improvement norms of Ukrainian criminal code in direction to increase responsibility for felonies against minors' life, freedom and normal sexual and moral health.
