Essay

The thesis contains the data characterizing clinical peculiarities, intracardiac hemodynamics, myocardial contractile function by data of contrast ventriculography measurements in patients with ischemic heart disease and angiographically normal coronary arteries. It was showed, that the features of ischemic heart disease in patients with angiographically normal coronary arteries are different. It was conducted comparison of intracardiac hemodynamics and regional ventricular function analysis in patients with ischemic heart disease and angiographically normal coronary arteries and in patients with diverse vessel coronary artery disease.
