The scientific novelty of the work is that the thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine, which is devoted to the problems concerning tthe determination of the notion 'act's little significance'. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the thesis can be used for the preparation of juridicial documents.
