The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that by using method and marketing concept the specific organisational economic and managerial task related to creation of the management system of production and distribution that will ensure long-term profitability of an industrial enterprise in market condition was solved and theoretically substantiated in the dissertation paper. 1. The hierarchy of the tasks of industrial adjustment at different stages of market changes was systematized; the tasks which solution at present stage will enable an industrial enterprise to increase its equity capital were specified. 2. Main indicator, strategic fiends and long-term profitability factors were identified; the management system of production and distribution was improved on the strategical level. 3. This system is based on logical combination and development of worldwide marketing methods and its implementation will help the management to creat a successful market profile. 4. The model of restructing an enterprise rimed at consumers' satisfaction and based on international marketing experience and business peculiarity of national industrial enterprises was further developed.
