Essay

Dissertation is devoted to revealing independent risk factors and to creation prognostic algorithm of sudden cardiac death (SCD) in patients with unstable angina, on the basis of 4 year follow-up. There was calculated prognostic value of each investigate method and influence of concomitant syndromes and diseases and а time dependence risk of SCD after an episode of unstable angina were evaluated. There was assessed the risk of SCD by the data of repeated, paired analyses after 6 month follow-up and реculiarities of SCDin patients with different current coronary artery diseases were shown.
