. Object of investigation: Repeated pregnancy and delivery in young women with urogenital infection. The purpose of the work: To improve the course of preg-nancy and delivery, to reduce the incidence of perinatal compli-cations in young primapara with urogenital pathology at repeated pregnancy by means of working out scientifically substantiated treatment protocol. Methods of research and equipment: Clinical laboratory, radioimmune, bacteriological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: The use of the worked out complex protocol of therapeutic and preventive measures with the use of preparation "Crimean Spirulina" in young pri-mapara with complicated obstetric and gynecological history al-lowed to improve the course of the pregnancy and to reduce the incidence of perinatal complications. Novelty: For the first time, the characteristics of the course of pregnancy, labor and postnatal period as well as the condition of the newborns in young primapara with repeated pregnancy against a background of infection were studied. The characteristics of microbiocenosis of the genital tract and the state of hormonal homeostasis and immune response in young primapara with repeated pregnancy against a background of urogenital infection were investigated. The protocols of prevention and treatment of obstetric and perinatal complications in young primapara with repeated preg-nancy against a background of urogenital infection were worked out with the account of the peculiarities of their morphofunc-tional state and immaturity of adaptation-compensation mecha-nisms. Degree of introduction: The findings of the work were in-troduced in Donetsk Regional Center for Protection of Child-hood and Motherhood, Research Institute for Medical Problems of the Family, Regional Clinical Hospitals of Lviv and Lugansk. The findings obtained during the work are used in the teaching process at Obstetrics, Gynecology, Perinatology Departments of Faculties for Post-graduate Education of Donetsk and Lugansk State Medical Universities.
