Essay

Research object feeds, water, mitochondritis and microsomalno-cytosol fraction of liver, the cell cultury of ovary follicles granulated lauer in cows, bull calwes blackdrappled race, blood, beef, liver, bones, kidneys. Research purpose: to establish mechanism of vealiration under toxic cadmium influence in vitro and in vivo. To elaborate and try an effective way for decreasing of cadmium contain in animal's tissues increasing of meat productivity and getting better the quality of beef. Research methods: biochemical, physiological, organoleptical and others with the using of necessary preparations and instruments, which had studied the covvesponding standartiration. Scientific novelty: turned out uhfaronvable out of cadmium local zones of technogenic load and it was first tried out the model of test-system of the cell of ovary follicles granulated lauer in cows for shoving the vealisation cytotokcicus influence cadmium and selection of component and quantity premikx composition. Elaborating and tryingout metal-organic premix in combination of vitamin injections, as means for reduction of piling up of cadmium in animal's tissues, increasing of meat productivity and getting better the guality of beef. Degree of application: The results of investigation were given two application for the in ventor's Patent and as result it was reccived two affirmative decisions and Patent. Range of application - by the learning of the veterinary and sanitary examination, the ecology courses.
