The dissertation is devoted to struggle with purulent - inflammatory by processes in gynaecology, that has acknowledgement in reduction of time of an establishment of the diagnosis due to use crystallography of research adequate body to save laparoscopic of treatment with application ozonotherapy, that is reflected in reduction of bed-days at endometritis in 1,7 times, and at pelviperitonitis - in 1,3 times and warns a relapse inflammatory of process.
