Merzlyak S. The correction of the base homeostasis indices of the patients with acute calculous pyelonephritis in postoperative period depending on inflammation process stage.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of improving the treatment of the patients with acute calculous pyelonephritis depending on peculiarity of the clinic, caused by the immune status changes, hemorheology, central an peripheric hemodinamic and water-electrolyte metabolism. There was the aim to achieve the improvement of the treatment results both in preoperative and in postoperative period, that concerned the problem of prevention of comlications, disablement and lethality. There had been examined 126 patients with acute calculous pyelonephritis. It was pathogenically grounded the use of the native antioxydant drug "tiotriazoline" in a combined treatment of the patients with acute calculous pyelonephritis normalizes the pathological changes in immune status and coagulation, restore the balance between coagulation and fibrinolysis, water-electrolyte metabolism in pre-and in postoperative period. The use of tiotriazoline allows to achieve the quick regress of clinic-laboratory symptoms, reduce the terms of being in hospital, and increase the remission period/ The suggested scheme of treatment is effective and may be recommended for use in practical medicine.
