The object of research is process of small enterprises' economic development, purpose - development of theoretical rules and methodical reccomendations concerning contingency approach for selection forecasting method is proposed, factorial-resulting method by expert's evaluation the influence of environment is developed for forecasting of small enterprises economic development.
