Object of research in the work is process of factors of production's structuring; the purposes are improvement well known structuring mechanisms and developing new ones. There are the saturating conception argumented here and worked out according model manufacture saturation of factors by another ones. At first at this work are offered system of efficiency parameters, which based on Kobb-Duglas function free parameter's interpretation. The work deals with argumented criteria of automobile type choose and ther scientific - methods basics of automobile evaluation by the criteria for taxi-transport enterprises automobile park framework are offered here. There are also worked out regression model of automobile market devaluation.
