The thesis is dedicated to the substantiation of the theoretical statements and the practical recommendations on the improvement of the real investments process at the industrial enterprises. The analysis of the real investment condition at the industrial enterprises was carried out and the tendencies of its development were found out. The prerequisites of the strategic planning of the real investments have been investigated. As the result of the carried out research, the succession of the approaches to the strategic elaboration of the real investments at the industrial enterprises are suggested.
