Shumnaya L. The legal fundamentals of the invalid rehabilitation in Ukraine.

The dessertation gives the analysis of the general theoratical and specific approach to the notions "disablement", "invalid"; the context, the purpose and the legal nature of the invalids' rehabilitation are described there; the analysis of the legislation about invalids' rehabilitation is carried out in the paper; principally new approaches to the theory of the legal relations connected with the invalids' rehabilitation in accordance with the market society transformation are defined in the thesis; the context of the rehabilitation principles is fixed there. A great attention is paid to the legal mechanizm of providing the right to invalids' rehabilitation. The recommendations and proposals for improving the existing legislation of Ukraine about invalids' rehabilitation and the practice of its usage are substantiated.
