Reus Y. Legal Regulation Of Juvenile Labour Activity In Ukraine.

The thesis dwells upon the study of the term "juveniles" in social and legal aspects, labour status and labour legal capacity of citizens, peculiarities in differentiation of legal regulation of juvenile labour activity, characterizes international law regulation of juvenile labour. Much prominence is given to light the following problems: the problem of origin of labour legal regulations with the participation of juvenile workers, the problem of abating labour legal relations with the participation of juvenile workers. The questions of peculiarity of legal regulations' conditions of juvenile labour activity have been studied. Concrete proposals concerning the improvement of legal regulation of juvenile labour activity in Ukraine have been substantiated.
