Essay

Microwave broad-band devices of the millimetric wave length have been investigated for physiotherapeutic application. Water containing biosystem are show to be non-linear. Therefore, the parameters of electromagnetic waves have a strong inter-dependence. Experimental investigation of the influence of electromagnetic waves on biosystems enabled to determine optimal parameters of the irradiation are determined. These parameters were implemented in the opecially developed electronic devices. New construction of avalanche diode and universal antenna for broad-band irradiation were proposed and studied. The instrument based on these components were manufactured and tested.
