The object of research is postoperative ventral hernia. The purpose of investigation is to raise the effectiveness of treatment of postoperative ventral hernia by means of optimization of surgical tactics of the expense of determining of indications before operation, volume of intervention and postoperative period. Methods of investigations were clinical, laboratory, raentgenological, ultrasonic, endoscopic and statistic methods. There was scientifically grounded the use of improved surgical tactics in complex treatment of postoperative ventral hernia in patients with combined pathology.
