Snizhko T. Clinic-patogenetic basis therapies gestosis

Dissertational work is devoted to studying of patogenesis, clinics, diagnostics and treatment gestosis. With the help of cliniko-biochemical, hormonal and tool researches the estimation of a functional condition of a liver and of a fetoplacental complex in pregnant with gestosis is determined. Infringements of a functional condition of a liver, reological properties of blood, an exhaustion antioxidant systems of protection, decrease of a level of microelements, presence hormonal imbalance, deterioration of an intrauterine condition of a fetus are proved. On the basis of the carried out clinical and paraclinical inspections were established criteria definition of a gestosis degree, the leading part of infringement of a functional condition of a liver in pathogenesis development of complications in gestosis was proved, the methods of the complex treatment of the pregnant women with gestosis with the application of medical preparations lipin, erbisol, materna have beer substantiated. These preparations increase the efficiency of treatment and decrease the incident of complications during the pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal condition as well as those in the condition of the both fetus and newborn.
