Essay

The thesis is devoted to solution of the important medical and social problem - complex treatment of iron-deficiency conditions in adolescents pregnancy. In the work there were included clinical and theoretical aspects of rise and development of iron-deficiency conditions, were studied of pregnancy and deliveries peculiarities in adolescents with iron-deficiency anemia, on grounds of study indexes of the red blood, serum iron, ferritin, progesterone, estriol, placental lactogene, kortisole and some dates of immune profile. It was estimated, that hormonal desadaptation in the straight dependens of the iron-deficiency anemia serious degree. It was given the diagnostical criterions of latent form of the IDA in pregnant adolescents. It was elaborated conception of the "haemoglobin sanitation" in adolescents pregnancy, and was offered the globiron and "Iron Wine" medicine for it realization. In the work there was show that the "Iron Wine" medicine can use even low-income pregnant women and that were reducedpregnancy complications on 18,5% and deliveries one - on 10,5% in pregnant adolescents with IDA.
