The object is photoelectrical processes in the thin film polycry- stalline heterostructures based on CIGS and CGS layers; the aim to identification of peculiarity of photoelectrical properties of thin film heterostructures with CIGS and CGS layers; the methods are physical methods of investigation and theoretical interpolation of experimental results; the new approach lies in at the first time the physical mechanisms of influence of out and technological factors in solar cells based on CIGS and CGS are offered; the results lead to improve stability and to increase of efficiency for thin film solar cells; the field is solar cells
