The production diversification at industrial enterprises. The purpose: the elaboration of recommendations on realization of the marketing management of the production diversification process at an industrial enterprise. The methods: logical generalization, a factor, situational and economic analysis. It was suggested: the mechanism for realizing the strategy of the production diversification in the system of marketing management of this process at the industrial enterprise; the methods for using the market abilities of the enterprise when realizing the production diversification; the model of production diversification in the marketing system when introducing a new product into the market. Sphere of use: enterprises in different industrial branches.
