Tohochynskyi О. Education of the future officers’ morale orientation in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine

The object of investigation is the process of education of the cadets’ moral orientationsat the higher military educational institutions. The purpose of investigation consists in theoretical substantiating and experimental checking the pedagogical conditions of education of the future officers’ moral orientations in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine. Methods of investigation and equipment. theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, modelling, systematization, generalization; empirical methods: questionnaire, discussion, observation, method of experts’ marks, self-appraisal, testing;methods of mathematical statistics by means of which gained data were processed, allowed to establish quantitative dependences between phenomena and processes of scientific research. The practical and theoretical results of scientific research consist in working out the indices and methods of diagnostics of moral orientations of cadets at the higher military educational institutions;substantiating and experimental checking the methods of education of the future officers’ moral orientations in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine; suggesting the methods of education of the cadets’ moral orientations under informational and communicative environment of author’s song club. The novelty of scientific inculcation of the results of investigation consists in substantiating the pedagogical conditions of effective influence on education of the future officers’ moral orientations in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine. The pedagogical conditions include accenting the education of cadets’ moral orientations within the pedagogical process, taking into consideration individual peculiarities of cadets’ morale and value consciousness development, using the means of emotional influence on cadets’ moral consciousness development, taking into account psychological mechanisms of development of personality motive and values sphere; defining the content andessence of moral orientations of the officers in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine; specifying the role of author’s amateur song as a means of emotional influence on the education of cadets’ moral orientations; determining the indices and levels of moral orientations development. Introduction degree (realization acts). Methods of education of cadets’ moral orientations under informational and communicative environment of author’s song club have been inculcated in the educational process at Kyiv Institute of the Interior Troops (realization act dated 10.10.2002 ), Kharkiv Institute of the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs (realization act dated 25.10.2002), The National Academy of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi (realization act dated 5.12.2002). Sphere of use and branch - moral and pedagogical support of the service and security activity in the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine and in different military educational institutions.
