The thesis deals with the improvement of indications to surgical treatment of seroinflammatory processes of the uterine adnexa (SIPUA) on the basis of estimation of the uterine tubes functional ability with hydrosalpinx using distance radiodinamic thermometry and laser polarimetry. Comparative clinical-laboratory examination of pations determined the absence of reliable objective criteria to characterize functional ability of the uterine tubes with hydrosalpinx. Examination of patients by means of the distance thermograph "Thermodin" made it possible to find two types of thermographic curves, termed respectively: dynamic and static that characterized functional condition of the uterine adnexa and helped to objectificate the limits of conservative treatment in case of SIPUA. First performed laser-polarimetric examination of hystopreparations of the uterine tubes, removed during surgery cofirmed existance of the two tipes of hydrosalpinx. Optic model of the structure of the uterine tube wall in normal state and with chronic inflammation is introduced. Conduction combined clinical-apparatus examination with the use of clinical method, distance thermography and laser polarimetry to determined the variant of courses of SIPUA was found to assist in improvement of objective criteria to perform organ saving or radical operations on the uterine tubes with hydrosalpinx.
