3. The dissertation is devoted to actual problem of dermatology - to search of effective methods of treatment psoriasis. Results of clinical and laboratory researches done at patients with different forms, stages, types of psoriasis are presented in work. High informativity of distational thermography is established in complex estimation of forecasting of clinical movement of psoriasis, verifications of stages of disease, and also development of psiriatic arthropaty at preclinical stages. Therapeutic efficiency of UV-light is determined at treatment of patients with autumn-winter type of psoriasis and contraindications to application UV-light for patients with by spring-summer type of psoriasis. High efficiency of treatment by irradiation the polarized light in connection with injections of immune correcting drug Erbisol is shown at spring-summer and summer types of psoriasis, and opportunity of use of CIC and immune globulins in forecasting of expressiveness of pathological process
