In activity the outcomes of operating treatment 560 ill with arterioslerosis disease of femoro-popliteal segment, by which one is executed 608 different reconstruction procedures, including 271 femoro-popliteal bypass, 236 conventional endarterectomy and 101 ultrasonic endarterectomy. We studied long term results during five years. Satisfactory outcomes in terms till 5 years have compounded: femoro-popliteal bypass - 60 %; conventional endarterectomy - 63 %, ultrasonic endarterectomy - 62%. The conducted research is demonstrated, that ultrasonic endarterectomy effective and less traumatic method in matching with conventional reconstruction procedures, allows to keep v.saphena magna for repeated renovations, and also can will be executed after others reconstruction procedures. Implemented - in the practice of surgeons; the field is Surgery.
