Iskra N. The ways of surgical cure optimization in the patients diseased with perforating duodenal ulcer

Object of research: 110 patients diseased with perforating duodenal ulcer which are executed by operative cure including ulcer excision and duodenoplastic. During the time the patients were in permanent establishment; hospital they underwent an antihelicobactery therapy, so they were sorted into three clinical groups. Research Aim: to improve results of treatment of the Hp-positive patients with perforating duodenal ulcer by studying negative sides of disease development and optimisation of treatment methods. Research Methods: clinical, statistic, immunological, morphometric, endoscopic. Theoretical and practical results: there was studied the several aspects of principal pathogenic mechanisms of processing relapses of perforating duodenal ulcer. It has been developed and approved the way of contacted intraoperating and early postoperating eradication Hp. Object and inculcation degree: publications, reports at conferences, symposiums, congresses. Efficiency of introduction: increase of efficiency of surgical treatment of the patients diseased with perforating duodenal ulcer. Indication Sphere: surgery.
